By ordering a product from DR. ELVISH, a limited liability company ("we," "DR. ELVISH"), for products sold on the website ("Products"), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect, you must contact our customer service team before placing an order with us.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please review this page to see the last updated version. Each time you purchase a product from us, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. If we need to revise these Terms and Conditions and it materially affects your order, we will notify you in advance and provide instructions on how to cancel the purchase if you are dissatisfied with the changes.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of the website, services, and purchase of any products listed on the website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Eligibility to Register Customer Information

To purchase from our website and use the services and features available to you, you must register on the website. During registration, you will be required to provide information about yourself, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and email address. This information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If your registration details change in the future, you must update your account information on the website immediately. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Additionally, when ordering a product, you must provide payment details and confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct. You also confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.


3. Pricing Policy

We have carefully prepared the content of this website, particularly to ensure the accuracy of the details, descriptions, and prices displayed at the time of publication. All prices include VAT, except for delivery fees. The total cost of your order is the price of the requested products plus VAT at the current rate and delivery fees as shown during the checkout process.


4. Product Availability

All products are available, and the prices listed on our website apply as long as the products are in stock. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.


5. Online Purchase Process

The steps to place an order are as follows:

  1. Add the product you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

  2. If you want to send your purchase as a gift, you can request gift wrapping during the delivery method selection step. You will also have the opportunity to add a personal message in the notes section.

  3. Provide the delivery address, billing address, and any required payment information.

  4. Carefully read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

  5. Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products you have purchased, their prices (including any additional fees such as delivery charges), and all the information you have entered.

  6. Click "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase.


6. Order Errors

You can correct any errors in your order before clicking "Confirm Order" on the final page of the purchase process.


7. Acknowledgment and Confirmation of Your Order

We will notify you via email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and provide you with an order number. If we cannot fulfill your order after this acknowledgment, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming that the products have been shipped ("Shipping Confirmation"). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that we do not send a Shipping Confirmation due to a processing error, when the products are shipped to you) ("Contract"). We may not accept your order if the product you ordered is out of stock, if we identify an error in the product or pricing, or if we cannot obtain payment authorization. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase from you at any time.


8. Delivery

Deliveries can only be made within Egypt. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact our customer service team at +20 100 39 00 300 during business hours.

We will deliver the goods according to the delivery option you selected. Please see the delivery options below for full details and conditions. Where indicated, working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays. Orders can be delivered to one address in one or more deliveries; however, only one delivery fee will be charged. If you specify delivery to multiple addresses when placing your order, there will be separate fees for each destination address. Any delivery timelines are indicative only.

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. If the delivery of products is delayed due to an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of significant delay, you may contact us to terminate the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

When delivering products to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your legal right to cancel and direct any intended cancellation to the correct recipient or return or replace your products.

Delivery Options and Conditions in Egypt:

  • Standard Rate: 70 EGP for Cairo and Giza.

  • Standard Rate: 80 EGP for the outskirts of Cairo and Giza.

  • Standard Rate: 100 EGP for other governorates.

  • Delivery within 1–5 working days (please note that during sales and promotional periods, this may extend to 7 working days).


9. Payment

Payment can be made through the following methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). The amount will be deducted from your bank account when your order is shipped. You confirm that the credit card used is yours. Please note that all credit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. We retain legal ownership of all products until full payment is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery of the products.


10. Your Cancellation Rights

10.1 To Cancel an Order:

You must notify us of the product you wish to cancel. The easiest way to do this is by emailing us at cs@drelvish.com with your invoice number. In any communication regarding cancellation, please include your order details, including the order number, to help us identify it. The cancellation will then be processed.

10.2 If You Cancel Your Order:

  • We will refund the amount paid for the returned product. However, please note that we are legally entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any decrease in the value of the goods if you caused damage that prevents resale. If we refund you before inspecting the goods and later discover that you caused the damage, you must pay an appropriate amount.

  • We will refund any delivery fees you paid, up to the maximum cost of the cheapest delivery method we offer (as legally permitted).

  • We will refund any amount due as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after the day we receive the returned product or earlier if we receive proof that you have sent the product back to us.

10.3 If Your Order Has Been Shipped or Delivered Before You Decide to Cancel:

  • You must return the shipment in its original packaging without delay or under any circumstances within 7 working days after the day you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract.

  • The product must be returned to the following address:

  • If the product is not damaged or as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.


11. Promotions

All sale and promotional items are available for purchase at their original price for at least 28 days online before being reduced to the discounted price listed on the website or in-store.

Some products in the sale are promotional, so their prices may change and increase after the discount period. Delivery of purchases within Egypt may take up to 7 working days.

Discounted products may take longer to arrive due to the volume of orders during the sale period. Please note that while all products are in good condition, some outer packaging may show slight wear due to the nature of the sale. Discounted products cannot be gift-wrapped. Please note that a product may sell out during the ordering process, and your order will only be confirmed once it has been shipped.


12. Our Liability for Loss or Damage

We are responsible to you for loss or damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we will be liable for loss or damage you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breach of this contract or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen (for example, if you discussed it with us during the sale).

We only supply products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the products for any commercial, business, or resale purposes. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, business loss, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

14. Transfer of Rights

15. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Language

This website and any content on it, as well as any contracts formed as a result of using this website, are governed by Egyptian law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. All contracts are concluded in both English and Arabic.

In accordance with applicable law, DR. ELVISH, its employees, or directors will not be liable to any user for any lost profits, revenues, or consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website or its content (including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on any information obtained from the website).


Social Media Content Terms and Conditions

By allowing DR. ELVISH to use certain content (by responding positively to a request from us or on our behalf on social media or otherwise indicating your consent to DR. ELVISH's use of your content), you agree to comply with these terms. Please read and ensure your agreement before proceeding.

In these terms, "Content" refers to the image [and/or video, including any audio] and accompanying text posted through your social media account, along with metadata such as the time and place of creation, username, and links to your social media profile.

DR. ELVISH is granted the right to use and display the Content in any media, worldwide, for any lawful commercial purpose, in its original or edited form, including: DR. ELVISH's social media accounts, websites, blogs, digital displays, advertisements, and generally in promoting DR. ELVISH's products or services. These rights also extend to DR. ELVISH's affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, representatives, assignees, licensees, and anyone else acting on behalf of DR. ELVISH.
