What is the Return and Replacement Policy?

Please note that all our products are original, high-quality, and manufactured by us. Before shipping your order, we conduct a thorough quality check to minimize any chances of issues with the requested products. This is because we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the products listed on our website.

However, DR. ELVISH offers a straightforward return policy to our customers. You can request a return/replacement for a product within 7 working days of delivery, but only in the case of receiving a damaged/missing/incorrect product. This policy is in place due to hygiene-related reasons.

DR. ELVISH is responsible for refunding the amount paid by the customer, but only for orders paid via electronic payment cards in advance, provided the reason for the refund meets the terms and conditions mentioned on our website.

How to Return/Replace a Product?

In case you receive a damaged/missing/incorrect product:

  1. First: Please send an email to our customer service team at cs@drelvish.com or contact us via Instagram or Facebook messages within 7 working days of receiving your order.

  2. Second: Include your order number, email address, and a photo/video of the product for reference.

  3. Third: According to our policy mentioned above, our shipping company will contact you within 2 to 7 working days. After that, we will either issue a purchase coupon for the value of the returned product or send a replacement. This will be done once we receive the product in its original, unopened, and unused packaging.
